Heart of Gold celebrates connection — the quiet strength of love, loyalty, and truth that endures across time and distance. This richly layered collage gathers elements from centuries past: hand-painted swallows from an 1865 scrapbook, delicate floral wreaths by 17th-century artist Karel Batist, and a sacred heart from Notre Dame in France, embroidered with golden thread in 1872.

Each detail carries meaning. The two swallows, symbols of faithfulness, hold a ribbon between their beaks — a reminder that even when apart, those we love remain bound to us.
