Woodland Wisdom invites you into a hidden world where kindness reigns and even the most unlikely companions find comfort in each other’s company. Created in collaboration with the extraordinary artist Charles van Sandwyk, this design captures the tender, timeless magic of nature’s stories — where every creature holds a secret, and every branch and moonbeam hums with quiet meaning.

Known for his luminous watercolours and delicate linework, Charles paints with a storyteller’s heart. His art feels like stepping into a dream — a world where beauty and gentleness lead the way. We are honoured to bring his enchanting vision to life in this newest chapter of our collaboration.

At the heart of the print lies a peaceful burrow: a fox curled protectively around a pheasant and her nest of eggs, their harmony untouched by the roles the world might assign them. Above, a moonlit forest stretches out — ancient trees twist skyward, a castle glows softly in the distance, and a wise owl glides through the night, carrying an hourglass and a message between worlds.

Rich with deep greens, golden earth tones, and the shimmer of starlight, Woodland Wisdom is a love letter to compassion — a reminder that magic is born when we nurture instead of harm, protect instead of fear, and choose love, creature to creature, heart to heart.
