Vancouver Capri

This is the shorter version of the Vancouver Pant, but even more comfortable! (If that's possible.)  The capri doesn't have the ruching on the sides of the waistband, so it fits a little larger than the Vancouver Pant, with a completely flat, wide waistband that can be worn high or flipped over on the hips.  Incredibly cute with sandals in the summer OR high boots in the fall.  Model is wearing the Bralette!

L/XL does work for plus sizes, preferably with a long top!
